Black Pepper

Known as the king of spices, our black peppercorns are sun-dried from vine-ripened berries to achieve a bold, pungent heat with earthy undertones. Each lot is gravity-separated and sieved to remove dust, light berries, and foreign matter, resulting in dense, wrinkled corns with piperine content above 4%. Ideal for whole, cracked, or ground pepper applications in foodservice, spice blending, and packaged seasonings. We supply in 25 kg and 50 kg double-lined polypropylene bags, fumigated and ready for container loading.
