Our cinnamon sticks (quills) are bark-rolled from mature Cinnamomum verum trees to create tightly layered scrolls with a warm, sweet flavour and delicate citrus notes. Unlike cassia, true cinnamon contains very low coumarin levels, making it suitable for daily culinary use and health-supplement markets. Available in 5-inch and 6-inch quill lengths as well as ground form, every batch is lab-tested for volatile oil content, moisture, and microbiological safety. Packed in food-grade poly-lined cartons to lock in fragrance during transit.
