Our cocoa butter substitute (CBS) is a hydrogenated vegetable fat engineered to replicate the snap, gloss, and melting profile of natural cocoa butter at a fraction of the cost. Produced from refined palm kernel oil, CBS melts cleanly at 33–35 °C, making it ideal for compound chocolate coatings, candy centres, ice-cream dips, and bakery fillings. Supplied in 25 kg cartons with poly-lined inner bags, the product maintains solid-state stability at ambient tropical temperatures. Kosher, Halal, and RSPO-certified supply chains are available on request.
