Versatile and nutritious, our chickpeas (garbanzo beans) are available in both desi and kabuli varieties. Kabuli chickpeas feature a large cream-colored kernel favored for hummus, falafel, and canning, while the smaller desi type suits dal, besan flour, and snack production. Each lot is calibrated through size screens (7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm+), gravity-cleaned, and sample-roasted to verify cook quality. Packed in food-grade polypropylene bags, our chickpeas arrive export-ready with full traceability documentation.
