Our cashew nuts are carefully processed from quality raw cashew nuts, steam-roasted, and hand-graded to produce whole white kernels with a rich, creamy taste. Sorted into W180, W240, W320, and W450 grades based on kernel count per pound, the cashews undergo stringent moisture and aflatoxin testing before export. The high oleic-acid content makes them a heart-healthy ingredient for confectionery, dairy alternatives, nut-butter manufacturing, and gourmet snacking. Packed in nitrogen-flushed bags to maintain crunch and extend shelf life.
