Ideal for bakery lamination, pastry production, and foodservice operations where performance and value must balance. Fat content is standardised at 80% with salt and unsalted variants available. HACCP-certified production ensures food safety at every step. Supplied in 10 kg blocks wrapped in parchment and carton, or in 25 kg bulk packs for industrial users.
