About Us

Who We Are

From Kenyan Farmland to Five Continents

Global Sisal Fiber was founded on a straightforward principle: Kenya's rich volcanic soil and equatorial climate produce some of the world's finest natural fibers and agro commodities — and the world deserves transparent, reliable access to them.

Today we operate a vertically integrated supply chain that begins at smallholder plots in Narok and Kiambu counties, runs through our own grading and baling facility, and ends with containerized shipments dispatched to ports across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.

Every partnership we build starts with a handshake — whether with the farmer who tends the agave rows or the factory buyer who needs fiber graded to the exact micron. Our word is our contract, backed by certificates, lab reports, and on-time performance records.

Our Process

End-to-End Quality: Field to Freight

Inside our purpose-built processing center, skilled technicians grade each batch of sisal fiber by length, tensile strength, moisture content, and color uniformity. Only lots that clear our multi-point inspection earn the Global Sisal Fiber seal and move to the packing line.

Beyond fiber, our agronomists curate a rotating portfolio of high-demand commodities — single-origin Arabica coffee, hand-sorted kidney beans, cold-pressed edible oils, and aromatic spices — each traceable to the specific cooperative that grew it.

We stay lean so our clients stay competitive. By eliminating unnecessary intermediaries and managing our own logistics, we pass cost savings directly to the buyer while maintaining full traceability from soil to container seal.

What Drives Us Daily

Five non-negotiable principles woven into every contract, shipment, and farmer relationship

01

Ecological Stewardship

Regenerative soil practices, drip irrigation, and zero-burn harvesting protect Kenya's biodiversity while keeping our fiber naturally pure.

02

Measurable Quality

Every bale ships with a certificate of analysis covering fiber length, tensile strength, moisture percentage, and color grade — no guesswork.

03

Radical Honesty

Transparent pricing, real-time shipment tracking, and honest lead-time estimates build trust that outlasts any single transaction.

04

Relentless Innovation

GPS-mapped estates, drone crop monitoring, and digital grading reduce costs and errors — savings we share with our buyers.

05

Farmer-First Economics

Above-market per-kilo payments, agronomist-led training workshops, and school sponsorship programs transform every order into local opportunity.
